Nova Pangaea Technologies
Nova Pangaea Technologies is an innovative company that converts biomass, such as wood and agricultural residues, into sustainable products such as bioenergy (including 2G ethanol) and biochar. Their technology plays a crucial role in reducing carbon dioxide emissions, particularly in the aviation industry, by providing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Nova Pangaea’s goal is to promote global reductions in CO2 emissions through scalable, sustainable technologies.
The challenge: An unclear website
Nova Pangaea faced major problems with its existing website. The design and structure no longer aligned with their business goals or appealed to their target audience. The layout was cluttered and made it difficult for visitors to find relevant information.
In addition, an unclear page architecture and an abundance of external links created confusion and led visitors to leave the site, resulting in a high bounce rate and low interaction.
The biggest challenge was to create a more intuitive and structured layout that improved engagement on the site and reduced the bounce rate.
Our solution: Optimization for user-friendliness and engagement
We began by analyzing Nova Pangaea’s target audience and their interaction with the existing website. The goal was to develop a solution that combined modern design with improved usability. We created a design that felt unique and in line with Nova Pangaea’s brand.
To improve the user experience, we restructured the website’s navigation to make it more intuitive. A news feed was integrated into the home page to keep visitors engaged, while reducing the number of external links to minimize confusion.

With the newly launched website, Nova Pangaea now has a more intuitive and modern digital presence that better reflects their brand and mission. The new design and structure offer an improved user experience, making it easier for visitors to navigate the site and find relevant information.
